Site Visit & Introduction

We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time for a site visit. This meeting allows us to explore your ideas in person and offer early insights.

Preliminary Costings Agreement

Engaging us early in the design phase ensures better budget alignment, fewer surprises, and greater savings throughout the build.

Design Phase

We collaborate with you (and your designer or architect if applicable) to refine the design, ensuring your vision aligns with budget, function, and council requirements.

Project Estimation

Once the design is complete, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope, materials, timelines, and investment required for the build.

Contracts Finalised

After reviewing the estimate together, we formalise the project with a clear construction contract, so everyone is on the same page before we break ground.
